Stretching improves range of movement, reduces strain on tendons and ligaments, improves elasticity of tendons and muscles, develops a longer stride, reduces fatigue as flexibility is increased and improves circulation to all tissues. This can be used as part of a rehabilitation programme for your animal.

Programmes are designed individually to suit your animal’s needs and recovery from injury. This may include a couple of days off exercise, specific stretches and exercises such as pole work or lunging for horses. The owner’s individual requirements regarding any competitions, for example, are always taken into account.
